PHARR CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION – 1909 - 2009

2009 Celebration: Texas First Lady Anita Perry helped kick-off the All-America City of Pharr's Centennial Celebration.		The All-America City of Pharr Centennial HUB Phestival was held in the Historical Downtown area March 28th with plenty of safe family fun.
